Please if you sign up be aware of your locks.  If you have gone on that character since Thursday you can't take the character again!

Woot!
Guardian's Great Hammer of the First Age (2H):
3 legacies = 1. Cooldown, 2. Duration, 3. Duration
 
So, I used the majority of my banked runes......
At level 10, I got "+% To The King Damage"
At level 20, I upgraded the above legacy
At level 30, I got "-% to Overpower power cost"
 
The weapon is currently at level 35. Hopefully, level 50 yields bleed pulses or something else more useful than timers.... i hate the timer BS on legendaries. I was crushed when I ID'ed it and saw these legacies.... a second crushing with 1st age weapons for me, too.... that 1st age guardian's dagger from the Watcher was quite a blow, too.  :'(

Ouch, that is painful.   I just knew if I ever saw a champ drop in the watcher it would be a dagger or something.
